Rozalie has been an active film director since 2014, working across documentary and fiction formats. Her debut, Jenica and Perla, was nominated for Prix Europe, and her documentary comedy FC Roma received the main award at Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival and a Czech Lion nomination. Blending documentary with fiction, her work often explores themes of identity, marginalization, and social justice.

Rozalie is actively engaged with NGOs focused on Roma minority rights, women’s rights, and domestic violence prevention. Her academic background includes studies in Romani language and culture, which informs her filmmaking and advocacy efforts.
